Location
The conference will be held at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in the Rod Lee Bigelow Health Sciences Building Auditorium.
Lodging
We have secured a room block at Embassy Suites for attendees at the conference. The stay comes with the daily complimentary full buffet & cook-to-order breakfast, in addition to the complimentary nightly reception with drinks and snacks.
Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. If you tried to book a room but the block is full, let us know and we will try to add more rooms to the block. We will keep doing this until the hotel sells out.
Even if not sold out, the room block closes on June 4, 2025. No discounts will be provided if booking after that date.
Getting Around
The conference hotel is a 20 minute walk from the conference location. Although not a long walk, temperatures in Las Vegas in the early summer can make this a little more challenging (carry water). Fortunately rideshare services are extensive and easily available in Las Vegas.
