Networking Event

As part of the conference, the evening of August 3, 2024 will include a 3-hour networking event free to all conference participants/speakers. There will be finger-food and a bar during the networking event. Participants will be able to engage with select/relevant exhibitors and their products including some short, live presentations/demonstrations in a casual environment.

The goal of this event is to create connections between the diverse conference attendees.

The Networking Event on Saturday evening will be held from 6-9pm in the Chiles Center upstairs in the Pilot Club, a five minute walk from Dundon-Berchtold Hall.
